Weekly Workout Overview

My goal to train for a half marathon means that I will start my training program mid-may. For now I’m working on increasing my weekly mileage and my long runs to prepare for it.

Total running miles: 14.65
Monday: 5.4 miles on trail, lot of uphill 9:45 pace average
Wednesday:3.1 early run on asphalt 8:06 pace average
Sunday: 6.15, hilly course on asphalt and cement sidewalks going right by the Grove Park Inn 9:50 pace average

Total walking/hiking miles: 3.5
Total biking miles: 6
Workout: 30mn
Yoga: 1h50

A really good week overall. My running mileage was a perfect 10% increase from last week. I’m hoping to make my next long run between 7-7.5 miles next week.

Mon objectif de courir un semi-marathon fait que je vais commencer l’entrainement mi-mai. Pour le moment je travailler a augmenter mon kilométrage hebdomadaire et a augmenter mes longues course pour y être prête.

Miles total courus : 14.65 (23,57km)
Lundi: 5.4 miles (8.69km) sur sentier avec de belles montées. Rythme moyen 9:45
Mercredi: 3.1 (4.98km) tôt sur asphalte, rythme moyen 8:06
Dimanche: 6.15 (9.89km), parcours avec collines sur asphalte et trottoir de ciment en passant juste devant le Grove Park Inn. Rythme moyen 9:50

Miles total de marche/rando: 3.5 (5,6km)
Miles total vélo: 6 (9,6km)
Exercices musculaires: 30mn
Yoga: 1h50

Une tres bonne semaine. L’augementation de miles courus etait un parfait 10% compare a la semaine derniere. J’espere faire une course longue de 11-12km la semaine prochaine.
